Sunset Galleries Photography Company Policy

Scheduling:

- Session fee due to book the session date and the contract must be signed in order to book. The package balance must be paid before the booked session date.

*If invoice and contract are not completed the session is not considered booked.

-Please arrive on time to your session

-If you need to cancel BEFORE your session please make sure it's at least 5 days in advance and then we can reschedule. You won't be able to reschedule twice, for 2nd cancellation session fee will not be refunded and we won't be able to provide future photography services.

- We understand that sometimes emergencies can happen but in case of no show/cancel at the time of the scheduled session (NO SHOW/FLAKE) we will not be able to issue the session fee refund.

Pets:

We do welcome well behaved dogs at outdoor session with no additional charge.

Rights And Regulations:

-Graphic design not included in our image editing, graphic design of any kind will be subject to an extra charge.

On location session:

-Entrance fees for photography subjects is not covered by your session payments.

Proof gallery:

24 hours after your session a watermarked proof galley with all unedited “Straight Out Of Camera” images from your session will be provided to you via Zoom session to choose your favorite images. This gallery is to be used as photo proof only, it is illegal to screenshot/save/share those unfinished images. The gallery will be available for 30 days, although we do our best to back up all images from the session, there’s no guarantee your images will be available for purchase after 90 days.

You can expect your edited digital images to be ready in 2-3 weeks unless told differently.

-Sunset Galleries Photography retains the copyright to all images, per USC Title 17 (US Copyright Law).

-The images that are being provided to you are licensed to you for any reason personal, including but not limited to:

printing, copying, emailing, social media sharing and web publishing.

-Your license does not include use that results in financial gain, including but not limited to: advertising, stock photography, print sale profits, or resale of any nature.

-Your purchase of the digital files releases Sunset Galleries Photography from any liability due to loss or damage of the images, and also releases Sunset Galleries Photography from any obligation to maintain copies of any digital file, image, or photograph. Sunset Galleries Photography retains all copyrights to the images and derivative works thereof.

Please Note: Due to health and allergy reasons you will be responsible to bring your own cake for your child's cake smash session.

-Lost digital images:

Once your edited digital images are ready, they will be sent to you via email link, it is your responsibility to download and save them to your computer. Sunset Galleries Photography is not responsible to maintain copies of any digital file, image, or photographs. There is a $30 recover fee we charge in order for us to locate and resend the lost images.

-Sunset Galleries Photography reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

-Prices are subject to change without notice.

-No Unedited/RAW images will be given, no exceptions, thank you.

By booking a session with Sunset Galleries Photography you have read and agreed to the above policy.
